He's a shrimp. Get over it!

If I ever open my own restaurant, I will have to call it SHRIMP...I'll drop the "& Co." part as unnecessary and because it'd detracts from the shrimp, which will be all that's on my menu. In a thousand different recipes and variations, but none of that & company stuff. There won't be any company to keep my shrimp happy but yours and mine. Eating them will bring them great pleasure. I'm certain. So, we drop the pretense and simply add typical and expected Florida and Gulf Coast sides such as cole slaw, sauce (if you insist), fries, lemon and gallons of sweet tea. Oh, and I guess napkins if you must get fancy. Lots of 'em, too. Now just 'cause there isn't anything but shrimp doesn't mean you'll go hungry. Just imagine a platter piled, I'm saying piled high with fried shrimp. How 'bout 18 or so. Is that a good start or what.

I better stop here before I eat the dog or cat...they are beginning to look a lot like shrimp. A little batter, quick frying and they'll do. Help! I'm going nuts. (Dr. Porter the dog just scooted under the table.) Take me to Shrimp & Company. It's All-You-Can-Eat-Night!!

I'll take mine with a little bacon wrapped around each shrimp and then fried. I have to keep my cholesterol levels up.

@ Lois - You go girl. You're my kind of shrimp eater! Bacon, oh yes, wrapped in bacon.

Let me know when you open your shop, and we'll be right down. I'll eat the shrimp however you prepare it, but Lois Anne's a vegetarian, so maybe you could figure out something non-shrimp for her?

I was about ready to call 911 so they could rush over to your place and administer mouth to shrimp resuscitation. It's going to be okay big guy.

Take me with you! I love shrimp! Cooked almost any which way.

We have Fish & Co. They should tie up.

Oh, and I love your dog's name too. :)

Jumbo Shrmp, my favorite oxymoron.

@ Jacob - For all the vegans I will have small shrimp-shaped pastas made...and deep, DEEP fry them. Heaped on mounds of broccoli, egg plant and cauliflower. Yum!

@ Don and Krise - I'm recovering from my shrimp meltdown. My wife had also administrated mouth-to-mouth. (Love that nursing care!)

@ Hilda - Our Pekingese is named for Eliot Porter, MD, one of the world's preeminent nature photographers and a master of color and dye transfer photography. (No, Dr. Porter, the Peke, has zero photo skills.)

@ B Squared - BUT, JUMBO shrimp are so-o-o good, even if sadly misnamed. (They can't help it if they are a bit on the overweight side.)

I think Lois Anne would like that very much, sans eggplant!

Again, let me know when you open up!
