Alligator Keeps A Watchful Eye
This fun and inventive new children's playground is on the Tampa Riverwalk (see map HERE). It's located between the Tampa Bay History Center, on Old Water Street in Tampa's downtown (website HERE) and Garrison Channel and is at the east end of Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park. Thankfully the alligator isn't paying any attention to the children; the pesky photographer looks much more delicious.

EEEEEEeeeeeeeeek! What a wonderful place for the kids to play...wow!
That dang thing looks almost real. We used to go biking in the Everlades and we saw literally hundreds of alligators, some of them just a few feet away from us. In many cases, we had to ride around them to continue down the road.
He does look pretty real!
Love the scary (but slightly dorky) alligator. The tortoise shell sort of completes the package.
I like this composition, Frank. And the commentary! The photographer must be a very tasty looking morsel given the stony gleam in that gators eye. The horse on my blog yesterday might have been a Steiff. But the light wasn't great and I couldn't get close enough to even see if there was a button.
woo..
It's almost looks like a real one...
I have a similar alligator in my backjard, obviously it is no real, so I think that this park is so cool, I would like to visit it with my D2D2children and wife, excellent photo!!!
